GSM mbH wins the Internship Award

In a ceremonial setting of a gala dinner the GSM mbh was honored by the “Best Internship Program 2010” in the category “small and medium businesses” due to the conception and implementation of the Racket Center internship program.
The online career platform “Praktika.de” is awarding this prize in cooperation with “Universum Awards”.
The jury confers the distinction on the GSM mbH in the following way:
“This concept of an internship persuades among other things due to a clearly structured program, the frame of orientation for students and the systematical bridge building between theory and practice. The individual supervision and the responsible mentoring of the participants as well as the multifaceted opportunities concerning the development and career of each one in different areas of sport and leisure time activities deserve recognition.”

The “RC – internship concept” is addressed to the students from universities of cooperative education, universities of applied sciences and universities with courses of studies such as sciences of sports and business administration.
The aim of this program is to qualify the students in this way that they have precociously the ability to build up a network in the area of sports management. Furthermore they get the chance to become noticeable in his/her individual expertise.
One executive gives an insight into the world of employment und helps to built up a network. A consultation in search of domestic internships and final papers as well as one of these could happen abroad is ensued due to directly adjunct activities for the managing director. The program is rounded down through colloquia, trainings, events and the building up of an online network.
