We understand communication in the service industries to be the central value creation activity, according to the original meaning of the term: A message is sent which is then interpreted by the party that receives it – it may be a piece of professional advice, an appeal, a disclosure of information on the part of the sender of the message, a reference to the relationship between the sender (the business) and the receiver (the customer).
In this way the principles of the creativity and the design comply with the aims and content of the communication – while always bearing in mind the question: „What do we want the perception of us to be?“ Your motivation und way of thinking is our gauge – to understand and embrace these aspects is our challenge, and also the implementation of an elaborate, skill full – artistic even – act.
